Recipe How to Cook Meat Rollade

Minced meat also delicious if it's cooked to rollade. With the addition of carrots in the middle, rollade not only delicious, but also beautiful when served. Here is a recipe how to cook meat rollade.

Meat Rollade Carrots Contents


Ingredients:

350 grams of minced beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 pieces of white bread, soaked in 100 ml of water
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 potatoes, peeled, cut into matchsticks
2 carrots peeled, split 4 parts
1 tablespoon flour.
4 sheets of nori

Sauce, mix together:

50 ml mayonnaise
2 tbsp bbq sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce

Garnishes:

Curly leaf lettuce

How to make:

1. Combine beef, garlic powder, salt, pepper, nutmeg, bread, eggs and melted butter and stir until blended.
2. Combine carrots, potatoes and flour and stir well. Then enter into the meat mixture, mix well, divide into four parts.
3. Solution: spread out the heat-resistant plastic, place a sheet of nori on top, pour the batter in one part of one side of the nori, smooth. Put the carrots. Gently roll, nori paste using water. Wrap in plastic, tie the left and right plastic to solid dough.
4. Steamed in a steamer heat until cooked. Remove and serve with sauce
