Healthy Burger Meat Recipe

Just because implementing a more healthy diet, does not mean we should abandon our favorite foods. Burger, for example, we had to leave because of these foods include junk food, right? But if you can make your own burger meat, of course you can make it more healthy.


If you can make burgers of lean meat, and still watch the portions, you can eat without guilt. By cooking your own, you can choose the best ingredients, like fresh meat, the fat percentage is not too high (however, fat is needed to give texture to the meat). Ingredients:
200 grams of minced beef
3 cloves garlic, grated
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter for frying

Sauce Ingredients:
1/4 pcs onions, chopped
1/2 tablespoons sauce english
50 ml strawberry juice
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

How to make:
1. Combine ground beef, garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg powder. Stir well. Take the beef mixture, then a round slightly flattened shape.
2. Heat the butter. Insert meat. Cook beef until browned. Lift.
